virus that create folder exe

strange things happen to my laptop ; suddenly it slows down and when i try to open the task manager (ctrl+alt+del) it wont open it says that the administrator has disabled it… other thing is it can not run the regedit command , these annoying problem happened after i plugged in my flash disk, it seem that AVG anti virus(free editon) can’t detect this malicious virus that finally affected my laptop.

This is what the virus does.
- create newfolder.exe (or any folder and replace them with .exe extension)
- disable folder option in win explorer, disable task manager, disable regedit.
